What is the DIAC?

It is the identification document for pets registered with SIAC and contains the information contained in the SIAC.

This document must always accompany your animal and can be in physical or digital format.

How to obtain the DIAC?

– All holders with a digital mobile key or card reader can access SIAC TITULARES and extract the DIAC for their animal(s). You can login to SIAC TITULARES here.

– Or, request it directly from SIAC services by filling in the form available below.

Attention

Before requesting the DIAC, make sure that your data and that of the animal are up to date. If you wish to update your data or that of the animal, please fill in our form available here.

Any change to the information contained in the SIAC, namely changes to the owner, their residence or the animal's accommodation, or other mandatory provisions, must be communicated to the system and will result in the issuance of an updated DIAC.

If you have requested a data update request, it is not necessary to request the DIAC as you will receive it automatically after the request has been validated by our Services.
